Last updated: 18 April 2026
Version: 1.0
Controller: Meridian Cyber Ltd

This statement is made by Meridian Cyber Ltd in relation to the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, which requires businesses to disclose what steps they are taking to prevent slavery and human trafficking in their operations and supply chains.

While Meridian Cyber Ltd is below the statutory revenue threshold that mandates public disclosure under section 54 of the Act, we voluntarily publish this statement as a matter of principle and best practice.

Our commitment

Meridian Cyber has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in any form. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

Our business

Meridian Cyber Ltd is a UK-incorporated cybersecurity advisory operating in the professional services sector, with clients primarily in the enterprise technology, financial services, hospitality, and regulated industries across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

Our supply chain

Our supply chain is limited to professional services, technology subscriptions, and office-related services. We consider the risk of modern slavery in our direct supply chain to be low, given the nature and geography of our supplier base.
